Here are some ideas:

- Keep culture in the hands of the people. (maybe 'in the hands of Canadians' ?)
- There is no place for the state in the family rooms of the nation. (parallel of Trudeau)
- I bought it, so it's mine
- Having paid for it once, I shouldn't have to pay for it again
- Creativity builds upon creativity
- To control today's creativity is to destroy tomorrow's
- Fair use is fundamental to copyright.
- The middleman profits to the harm of artists
- All your culture are belong to us (parallel of 'All your base are belong to us' internet meme)
- This is an organic culture of people - not of corporate dictation
- C-61 is corporate welfare
- Criminalizing the everyday Canadian
- Giving away the keys to our culture. (in the context of the digital locks metaphor)

- Promoting progress for the benefit of the public (a central tenet of original copyright, but probably too vague as a slogan)
